2:40pm - Going over Flam Taps with the guys. Need to work on my technique. Practice! Practice! Practice!

3:28pm - Being told to not live in the past. Need to look at drummers currently living and playing. A little misguided view but it is meant well. Never to late learn to something from the past and the present. GONNA SEE DAVE MCCLAIN OF MACHINE HEAD TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5:30pm - Well, I'm continuing to practice. Going to discover Flam Taps. Thank You Chris Millar.

Need to start riding my mountain bike more. I am so tired right now. My eyes........
